Wade was born on January 3, 1998.
He is survived by his mother, Susan Puckett; his sister, Willa Puckett; his children, Trystin Puckett (Elaina Robertson) and Malakai Hill and Cian Hill (Lexi Hill); and his step father, Ted Slick.
He will also be greatly missed by his uncle, David Puckett (Jackie) and his cousins, David and Jackie’s children.
Wade was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lois Coffey and his grandfather, Jerry Puckett.
Wade loved fishing, his music and spending time with his children, whom he loved deeply.
A visitation for Wade will be held from 11:00am -12:00pm on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel. His service will start at noon.
