He is survived by his parents, Roy and Kelly Romagna; his brother, Austin Romagna; his sister, Candace Whiteye; and his niece, Bailey Whiteye.
Dustin was preceded by his grandparents, Bob and Betty Walker and Kenneth and Ruth Rigsbee.
Dustin thrived best in the presence of his family and friends. He took a lot of pride in owning his own landscaping and tree company.
He had a very kind and generous heart.
Dustin loved finding new adventures, being outdoors, riding ATV’s, having bonfires, and camping. He took pride in his garden. He had a great sense of humor, always reflecting on the happy memories he made.
A visitation for Dustin will be held Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. Following the visitation will be a burial at 2:00 PM at Stafford Memorial Park, 154 Shelton Shop Road, Stafford, Virginia.
