He is survived by his wife Sandra, two sons, Richard Kline of Fredericksburg and Andrew Kline and his wife Terri of Stafford, sister, Ida J. McGovern of Tampa, FL, sister-in-law Nancy Brinkman of Lancaster, SC, four grandchildren, five great grandchildren and six nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. A funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 6, 2010. Interment will follow in Quantico National Cemetery.
