He is survived by his wife Virginia; five children, Marilyn Gammon and her fiancé Donnie of Stafford, Charlie Harmon and his wife Sharron of Stafford, Gail Powell and her husband Jay of Spotsylvania, Allen Harmon and his wife Lisa of Stafford and Kathy Marks and her husband Ben of Stafford; sister, Bonnie Davis of Tennessee; thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, January 17, 2011 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford. Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at the funeral home with Pastor Ronald L. Thayer, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in Stafford Memorial Park.
