He was born on October 18, 1947, in Portugal, the son of the late Jose Duarte and Liduina Sousa.
Survivors include his loving wife, Debra J. Pacheco; two sons, Paul M. Pacheco, and Josh O. Pacheco both of Stafford, VA; one daughter, Lesley O. Grzybowski and husband Craig of Stafford; two sisters, Maria Costa of Falmouth, and Lillian Carreiro of Fredericksburg; nine grandchildren-Copper, Connor, Declan, Lydia, Shaili, Alynna, Levin, Adalynn, and Oliver.
Manny will miss handing out his rosary beads and rocks to all of his friends and family. He will want to be remembered holding his glass of port wine and making everyone laugh.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10AM Saturday, December 4, 2021, at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford.
