Beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather
Forever known for his smiles, quirky sense of humor, good nature and his love of movies. He would bring with him a calming sense that made everything better.
He enjoyed going to the Jersey Shore, reminiscing about Brooklyn, his passion of his Italian heritage, tending to the yard, aviation and spending time with his grandchildren, Kiefer (12), Dakota (5) and Bryson (4).
To his wife, Marie, he was her soulmate, her partner, her best friend. They shared their lives and their dreams together and made sure that they would always stay on the right path. They were married for 52 years.
To his daughter, Elena, he was her beacon, her anchor and made sure that she would follow her heart and stay true to herself. They were always joking and together shared a love of animals. “You held my hand when I was small, you caught me when I fell. You’re the hero of my childhood, and my later years as well.”
To his son, Christopher, he was his best friend, a teacher and his anchor. Together they were partners in crime when it came to enjoying movies, discussing science fiction and learning about history.
The strongest man we know kept us all together. To say we miss you is an understatement. Every time we think of you, our hearts fill with pride. You will forever be our guardian angel, watching over us and guiding us in life. We love you.
May your smiles and your warmth shine upon us and we will all smile together again.
We love you Dad and miss you.
