Thomas Francis Holmes

Tom was born in Rhode Island on July 30, 1965. He was a retired US Army Veteran and Owner/Operator of a Furniture Medic franchise in northern Virginia, Stafford, and Spotsylvania County. He was a member of Mt. Ararat Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his father, Warren James Holmes and a sister, Kathleen Holmes.

He is survived by his wife Andrea; three sons, Sebastian, David, and Patrick Holmes all of the home; his mother Joan L. Holmes of E. Greenwich, RI; his siblings, JoAnn Grillo and her husband Kenny of Grove City, OH, Mary Lou Sullivan and her husband Vinny of Oxford, CT, Maureen Zaino of Oak Hill, VA, Warren Holmes, Jr. of Rhode Island, and Raymond Holmes of North Carolina; as well as aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at 4-6 p.m. on Saturday, July 24 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. Services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 25 at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, Missions, 65 Toluca Road, Stafford, VA 22556.
