He was born in Missouri on Dec. 4, 1934, to the late Melvin and Ruth Williams Pine.
He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Fannie Pine; two daughters, Morticia Gray and Christina Pine-White and husband Wendell; and three grandchildren, Ameer Milling, Joshua Pine and Brittany White.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, Feb. 8, at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. Burial will follow at 1 p.m. in Quantico National Cemetery.
