He attended Stafford High School and was employed as a mechanic at Waggy’s Towing in Dumfries, VA. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, working as a mechanic, and racing boats with his father Milton Russell Decatur who preceded him in death in 2008.
He is survived by his mother, Ruth Barber Decatur; daughter, Crystal Decatur Tuck; and four grandchildren, Lindsay, Kayla, Madisyn, and Jason.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford at 1:00 PM, with the family receiving friends an hour prior to the service. Burial will be private.
