Arthur was born on November 25th 1935, the son of the late Arthur G. Sr. and Rose Kulish Brown. He co-owned and operated Cos Cob Stationary with his Mother, later moving on to civil service with the city of Stamford, retiring in 2000 at THE 19TH HOLE.
He was predeceased by his father Arthur G. Brown in 2009 and his son Arthur G. Brown III in 2010.
He is survived by his mother, Rose; daughter in law and care giver, Joan Brown; granddaughter, Morgan Brown. He is also survived by step-son, Patrick Aron del DeHayes (Stephanie) of Plant City, F.L.; step-daughter Yvonne Vaughn (Thomas) if Brandon, FL; and three step grandchildren.
