
Beatrice was the daughter of George and Marie Fairlamb of Pelham, NY. In heaven she will join both her parents, sister Nadine Fairlamb Nettleton, and her husband William H. Beadle Sr. She is survived by her daughter Lynda Mazabras Griffin, son-in-law John Griffin, and 3 grandchildren; Emily Griffin, Abby Griffin, Peter Markham, her brother George Fairlamb, Jr. , several nieces and a nephew.
Beatrice worked for National Shooting Sports Foundation for 32 years, located in Riverside and Newtown, CT. Her name, Beatrice, means "bringer of joy; blesses" which is how she lived and embraced her life. She loved to volunteer for her church and community events. Beatrice was the author of a collection of poems entitled “Bittersweet”. She loved all animals, especially her dogs, canaries and cat. Her dozens of canaries filled her home with songs. During the summers she enjoyed camping and fishing at Brialee Campground in Ashford, CT.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 17, 2014 at Christ Church in Greenwich, 254 East Putnam Ave. Greenwich, CT. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Connecticut Audubon Society Sanctuary (203)259-0416 in Fairfield, CT.
