Jane Ann Tuttle, 89, of Stamford, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 15, at Stamford Hospital. Jane is survived by her daughter Marilyn (Lynn) Sclafani, Son-in-law Lucian Sclafani and grandsons Robert and Peter Sclafani. She was predeceased by her husband George and beloved son Jeb Tuttle.
Jane, the 2nd youngest of 8 brothers and sisters, was born in Enfield, CT on May 27, 1923 to Frank and Rose (Detz) Novak. Jane was the last surviving sibling. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Enfield High School and attended the University of Connecticut with honors. After 40 years as a homemaker, she became a realtor for Kam-Ross of Stamford for 10 years. Jane was a loving, caring mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed. There will be no calling hours.
