He was a loving and devoted husband of Laura and father to his sons, David, Peter and Jason and grandchildren Michael and Sarah.
His greatest joy in his last few years was sitting in the lanai of their Sarasota home engaged in philosophical and intellectual discourse.
He was a planner and was politically active and opinionated.
His wit, intelligence, love and generosity will be missed by many.
