

She was preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Rena, and brothers Samuel, Jack, and Tom. Anne is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Richard, children Karen and Richard, granddaughter Michelle, brother Bob, and many in-laws, nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
Anne grew up in Queens, NY and graduated from John Adams High School before attending and graduating from St. Joseph’s College (now University). Anne worked as a teacher for many years at John Adams High School (English) and Our Lady of Mercy Academy (English and theology) before working at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as an investigator and mediator.
After retirement, Anne volunteered teaching ESL, tap-danced with Tempo Tappers, and continued to enjoy her book club and NYC adventures. Anne demonstrated courage in the face of her health challenges and shared immeasurable love and guidance as the cornerstone of our family.
Anne will be dearly missed on Earth, yet we take joy knowing she is rejoicing with loved ones in Heaven.
Visitation services will be held at Casey Funeral Home, located at 350 Slosson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314. The visitation will take place on December 6, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and again from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Additional visitation hours will be held on December 7, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A funeral service is scheduled for December 8, 2025, at St. Sylvester Roman Catholic Church, located at 856 Targee St, Staten Island, NY 10304, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
