Anthony Giordano, age 70, of Brooklyn, New York passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021. Anthony was born December 11, 1950. He was a teacher who worked for the Department of Education. Atlantic City was his happy place. He was a good husband and stepfather, a wonderful grandfather and a very good friend.
Tony is survived by his wife Karen; Stepdaughter Melissa Chertok and her husband Adam; grandchildren Rebecca and Samara; a sister Deborah Hamm and her husband Robert; as well as nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews an cousins.
A visitation for Anthony will be held Tuesday, March 9, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Casey McCallum Rice South Shore Funeral Home, 30 Nelson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10308. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 11:00 AM , 30 Nelson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10308. A committal service will occur Wednesday, March 10, 2021 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at Oceanview Cemetery, 3315 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10306.
