On April 4 1943 she married John Percy Hall and together raised 5 children. Her favorite past times were embroidery, bird watching and gardening. She created a peaceful sanctuary in their yard with her husband Percy. Celia cared deeply for others as evidenced by her watching out for the safety and wellbeing of her neighbors, their children and their grandchildren for which she was endeared. Her Bright Blue eyes gentle nature and soft smile were evident even to her community of friends at Clove Lake Health Facility who cared for her deeply.
