Daniel M. Albetta, age 83, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022. Daniel was born on December 4, 1938. He was also known as Danny Barrett, who recorded four albums as a professional vocalist. He enjoyed cooking and sports. He especially loved golf, baseball, and great music!
Danny is survived by his children, Danette (Robert) Albetta, Brad Albetta, and Daniel (Ida) Albetta; grandchildren, Christopher, Danielle, Lucas, Jaya, Arcangelo, and Francis; siblings, Victor F. (Kim), Nicholas (Diane), Florence (Gilbert) Mulhere, Claudia and Michael; former spouse Marion Albetta.
A visitation for Daniel will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2022, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Casey McCallum Rice South Shore Funeral Home, 30 Nelson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10308. A funeral service will occur Thursday, March 10, 2022, from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at St. Clare Church, 110 Nelson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10312.
