Eileen McCarty

Dear wife, mother, sister, and grandmother

Eileen Lynch McCarty, 79, of Staten Island, N.Y., born July 16, 1936, in Bronx, N.Y., died on March 31, 2016.

Viewing is Sunday, April 3, 2016, from 2 to 6 p.m., with a service at 4 p.m., at Harmon Funeral Home.

Eileen is survived by her husband of 57 years, Walter J. McCarty; children, Catherine Mc Carty, Loretta McCarty, Michael McCarty, Michelle Kalander, and Thomas McCarty; seven grandchildren;, sisters Loretta Bosworth and Anita Smith, and many nephews and nieces.

Caring and kind to the special needs community, Eileen was employed by the Staten Island Developmental Disability Organization, and was a member of The Exceptional Children's Social Club.
