Inez Morton

Born in Brooklyn New York on November 1st 1945 and raised by her late parents Hazel and Paul Smith. While living in Brooklyn she attended and graduated from Clara Barton High School.

In 1969 she married Steven Morton and moved to Staten Island New York. While living in Staten Island she attended the College of Staten Island where she majored in Business. In her career she worked for Family Circle magazine, on the Navy base as a civilian, and also for the N.Y. Board of Education with special needs children.

Inez will forever be remembered and is also survived by her husband of 47 years Stephen Morton, her daughter Stephanie Morton, her son-in-law Richard Negron, and her step-grandchildren Angelina, Naomi and Nicole Negron.

A viewing to honor and remember Inez will be held on Thursday September 14th 2017 from 4-8 p.m. at Harmon Funeral Home located at 571 Forest Avenue Staten Island New York 10310. On Friday September 15th 2017 funeral services will be held at Harmon Funeral Home at 9:30 a.m. followed by her Burial at Silver Mount Cemetery located at 918 Victory Boulevard Staten Island New York 10301.
