

Born in Brooklyn, she moved to West Brighton about 40 years ago. She later lived in Westerleigh before settling in Mariners Harbor about 25 years ago.
She earned her bachelor's degree from Hunter College, and her master's from the University of Michigan.
Ms. Snow was a histologist, a branch of biology dealing with the study of tissues. She retired from her position at the former St. Vincent's Hospital, West Brighton, at the age of 65.
She traveled all over the country and the world, much of it as a bird watcher with the Audubon Society. Ms. Snow also loved classical and opera music, and had a subscription to the Metropolitan Opera for many years.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star since she was 18, and was part of chapters in both Brooklyn and Staten Island. Ms. Snow enjoyed spending time with her nieces, nephews and great-nephews.
Surviving is her sister, Lois Courtlangus.
The funeral will be Monday at 8:30 p.m. in the Casey Funeral Home, Castleton Corners. Burial will be Tuesday at Rockville Cemetery, Lynbrook, N.Y.
