

Joseph attended Sacred Heart School and McKee High School in Staten Island. He served in the U.S. Marines as a PFC, and was a Korean War veteran. Joseph was a retired pipe caulker with the NYC Department of Environmental Protection. He was also a member of American Legion Post 1368 and Blessed Sacrament Church.
He enjoyed spending time with family, softball, the N.Y. Yankees, N.Y. Giants, and S.I. Yankees games. Joseph also enjoyed breakfast at Perkins Pancake House, trips to Atlantic City, boating and crabbing in Toms River, N.J.
Joseph was also the best meatball maker and Donald Duck impersonator according to family and friends. He also loved turkey legs at Thanksgiving.
He was predeceased by his wife of 31 years, Nancy. Joseph is survived by children, Joseph Parisi (Patti), Donna Semigran (Larry), and grandchildren, Alanna, Dana, and Jillian Parisi.
Joseph is also survived by his brother, Larry. Five sisters and six brothers predeceased him.
Visitation is on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Casey Funeral Home. Mass is on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church in S.I. Interment is private.
