Mr. Stone was my landlord and not only my landlord, my friend. Not only my friend he was my mentor. He taught me how to purchase houses how to save money how to understand my worth and he constantly would say to me …. Michelle you are not average I miss you Mr. Stone I thought that something had happened because I kept trying to call and I could not get through to you. I’ll never forget you. !

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of a real gentleman. After trying to reach him on his cell without any response or even a ring,  I googled his name only to find that he passed away last month. Julian is a man I considered a friend. I'll never forget his kind and gentle nature. I'll remember the stories he told me about his world travels as well. I got to know Julian when I had his home for sale back in 2007 and sold his investment property at 640 Van Duzer St in 2016. 
I will remember him always. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and close friends. God bless.

We were very sad to hear of Julian's passing. Our condolences to the Stone family. Patrice and I spent numerous family gatherings wth Julian. He and I would swap jokes at these gatherings. He often came to see our band perform....we would always dedicate "Crazy" to him. He loved that song. We will miss him. May you rest in peace.
