

Kathy passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and devotion to her family and work.
Kathy was the proud mother of her three children and their spouses, Michael and Anita Alesia, Kristine and John Buthorn, and Alan Carey.
She was also a loving grandmother to her cherished grandchildren: Michael, Alesia, Billy, Angelina, and David. Kathy’s family was her pride and joy, and she devoted her life to making sure they always felt supported and loved.
Kathy lived for the moments spent with the people she loved most, and her love extended beyond her role as a mother and grandmother. Kathy is survived by her loving siblings, Debbie Dondero, Artie and Shelly Collins, Patty and Michael LaGallo, and Barbara and Eddie Asfouri and all her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and nephews were among the many that she touched.
Kathy was a compassionate friend, a dedicated worker, and someone who truly enjoyed life’s simple adventures like bowling, bingo, gambling, and heading to the beach.
Kathy served as a school bus driver, a job she held dear to her heart. With her warm smile, she made each child feel safe and cared for, forming bonds that were as important to her as they were to the families she served.
Kathy Carey’s warmth, unwavering love for her family, and commitment to her work will be remembered and cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
