Sorry to hear of the passing of Lelar Daniel.  Lelar was a sweet lady and a wonderful boss,  and enjoyed working with her for many years at the Department of Social Services.

My prayers are with the family; May she Rest In Peace.
                             

Though I didn't know Lelar, I do know the joy of family love, and the pain of its loss. So be encouraged even through your pain, knowing that others care.  May you forever bask in Gods Grace, Love & Mercies as your memoies continue to flourish, and abound within the family!  My Love Always and Forever---Miriam Champion

My Beautiful Aunt Lelar,

My heart is broken, it has never really healed. The last two years have been the longest nightmare of my life.  We know to trust God, we know he has a Master plan, we know not to lean on our own understanding, but this does not stop the pain, the hurt and the sorrow.  Kendall Jr and Eli love you so much and are blessed to have had you in their lives.  I am blessed and I thank God I was able to have you as my Aunt.  God is picking his army strategically and one day I will arrive when summoned, to hold you again.   I love you always.

Ms.Daniels was the Director of Richmond Job Center, she was the best director she was the kindness no nonsense boss she would always listen to you and give you the best advise, she instilled A lot which helped me to manage my job as long as I was there and how to deal with people and lord knows I needed it after her retirement.   
I used to see her having breakfast at Mike's and she would tell me this is what you do when you retire..I  loved this lady may she rest in peace.
