Lucille Granito

A native Staten Islander, Lucille, and her husband, Ralph, were the owners of a coat factory and deli. She was a past president and member of the C. Granito/ Smith American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. A parishioner of the Church of the Assumption, Lucille was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She and her husband, Ralph, had celebrated 65 years of marriage.

Lucille is survived by her beloved husband, Ralph Sr. She was the loving mother of Kathryn Capobianco and Ralph Granito Jr.; dear grandmother of six and great-grandmother of three.

The funeral will be from the Casey Funeral Home, 350 Slosson Ave., Castleton Corners on Monday, with A Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of the Assumption at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery. Friends will be received in the funeral home on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
