A visitation for Rafael will be held Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM at Harmon Funeral Home, 571 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310. Following the visitation will be a committal service from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Boulevard, Calverton, NY 11792.
