Mr. Senzino was born in Brooklyn, and lived there until one month ago when he became a resident at Sunrise of Staten Island Assisted Living, Concord.
He worked for 30 years as a city fire fighter assigned to Brooklyn, prior he worked as a city police officer for five years. He retired in 1986.
A World War II veteran, he served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS New Jersey.
His favorite pastime was spending time with his family.
He was a parishioner of St. Ephrem R.C. Church, Brooklyn.
He was survived by his wife of 71 years, the former Mary Balas; his son, Ralph; his daughters, Linda Lazina, Cynthia Pensabene, Stephanie Marshall and Andrea Gallagher; 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Tuesday from the Casey Funeral Home, with a mass at 9:30 a.m. in St. Teresa's R.C. Church, both in Castleton Corners. Burial will follow in Ocean View Cemetery, Oakwood.
