My deepest CONDOLENCE to MELISSA & ALL FAMILY.  TROY,  I'm going to miss you so much. When I see your smile, I remember your laugh. I remember how VERY HAPPY when you met Melissa.. who is your WIFE. I remember how you took time out to send me prayers and hello hugs while I am still sick... Not knowing you wasn't feeling well yourself. But that's you Troy, kind, caring, LOVING YOUR WIFE, FAMILY, FRIENDS and helping others. I will ALWAYS remember, you got me to laugh more, help others and Gloria "enjoy the view".….life.. I will always remember how you show LOVE & ROMANCE is still here, when you met MRS. I love you cause you first loved my Sister Melissa! From the time you'll meet and married to your last day, you lived her. I will miss you but I can't imagine her life without you. This is the hardest thing she's going to have to go through right now in her life. Continue to watch iver her and your family. You raised so good men just like yourself, they love there mother and will help her get through this difficult time of sorrow.  Until we meet again my brother you had a heart of gold. This was such an amazing night Melissa's Birthday Party and it's was so beautiful that you through it for her. I love this picture of us we laughed, love and live so happily that night. I would have never imagined you not being here, I'm going to miss some of the best conversations we shared about life and love. My heart is heavy and will miss you so dearly.  Gone too soon but until we meet again my brother Troy may God bless your soul and keep watching over us your family. Love your sister Denise!!!

Almost as hard to believe that you're no longer with us,  similar to discovering our familiar relationship after being friends since 1978, believe it or not you have influenced and given me unknown courage to handle certain situations in our early manhood. 

Troy, words can't express how much of a vital part of my life that you were. I have known you my entire life from grade school to the present. What are we going to do without you Troy...I just knew that you were going to pull through, but that's what I get for thinking. Troy you will truly be missed but through it all, you will always be in all of our hearts. That smile, that laugh, your sense of humor, your sometimes corny jokes, no more cheating, playing BID WHIST, of course you thought you were the master. This is a very hard pill to swallow but God needed you more. Love you always Troy, until we meet again. P.S. Don't worry about Melissa, It will be Thelma & Louise til the end. Sleep my friend, Sleep..Job well done.

I met Troy in 1994. We became immediate friends and created a support group that were closer than most. Troy walked me through my early journey and through his loving, caring spirit and guidance, I came to believe that I could change my life and find a new way to live. 
I will cherish my memories of Troy. He was a beautiful, kind hearted person who loved his family. When he met Melissa his world came together. She was the ying to his yang. Thank you Melissa for loving him through it all. Always Rhonda
