Dennis Hulst Sr.

Mr. Dennis Hulst, Sr., 67, of Brooklet went to his final resting place on November 15, 2017, under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Ruth Hulst.

He leaves behind a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia (Dianne) and Robert Threatt of Brooklet and their four children, Nathan Brown ,Jason Brown, both of Statesboro and Jessica Brown and Miles Threatt, both of Brooklet; a son and daughter-in-law, Dennis, Jr. and Rebecca Hulst; their six children, Alaina ,Zachary, Bentley, Dustin, Madalynn and Wilena Hulst, all of Brooklet; sister and brother-in-law, Faye and Tommy Hall; and several nieces and nephews.

A gathering of friends and family will be held Saturday, November 18, 2017 from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. at Hodges-Moore Funeral Home followed by a grave side funeral service and burial at Eastside Cemetery at 2 p.m. with the Reverend Huffingham officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Nathan Brown, Jason Brown, Larry Parrish, Robert Threatt, Bobby Roberts and Mathew Phillips.

The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to Ogeechee Area Hospice, P.O. Box 531 Statesboro , Ga. 30459.
