

James A. "Jimmy" Roebuck, age 53, died Tuesday at his residence. He was a native and longtime resident of Bulloch County and graduated from Southeast Bulloch High School and was a drummer in the Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jacket Band. He was preceded in death by his father, Coach George A. Roebuck.
Survivors include his mother, Dorothy "Dot" Roebuck, who is a resident of Heritage Inn and will be told of Jimmy's death at a later date. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Brooklet United Methodist Church with Rev. Wes Moye and Rev. Warren Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Brooklet City Cemetery.
