Margaret M. Emanuel

Mrs. Emanuel was a native of Bulloch County living here from 1923 until 1945 at which time she moved to Cincinnati, OH, where she lived until 1982 when she returned to Bulloch County. Margaret was a homemaker, a beautician and was a member of Brooklet United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry and Georgia C. Morris Wise; her husband, Joe B. Emanuel and her sister, Florence Faulk.

Mrs. Emanuel is survived by her son, James D. Wise of Cincinnati, OH; 2 daughters, Margaret Ann Troth of Phoenix, AZ and Patricia Lee Whaley of Locust Grove, GA; 2 brothers, Clifford L. Wise of Arcola and John Henry Wise, Jr. of Nevils; 3 sisters, Sara Kendrick of Stilson; Diane Lilly of Kennesaw and Larell Blocker of Walterboro, SC; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, April 3 in Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Friday, March 4 in the chapel of Hodges-Moore Funeral Home with the Reverend Janet L. Odegaard officiating. Burial will be in Bulloch Memorial Gardens.
