She was born December 23, 1955, in Alleghaney County, and was the daughter Dorothy Caudill and the late Lebert Caudill.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a son, Joshua Myers.
She is survived by husband, David A. Myers, whom she married on June 22, 1973; a son, Adam Myers (Sarah) of Richmond, VA; a daughter, April Hetzel of Hickory; her mother, Dorothy Caudill; four brothers; four sisters; and a granddaughter.
A memorial service was held Sunday, November 27, 2011, at Mineral Springs Baptist Church in Jonesville.
