

She was born in Iredell County to the late Reverend Thomas Justin Davidson and Alda Mills Davidson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Justin Junior Davidson; sisters, Alda Uretha Davidson, Madie Roberta Davidson, Nancy Davidson, and Beatrice Davidson; niece, Angela Davidson; and 3 nephews, Rommie C. Davidson, Melvin J. Davidson, and James R. Culbertson.
She attended school in Iredell County, and she worked as a CNA until she became unable to work. She loved dancing, singing, cooking and family. She could make the best iced tea. She attended New Calvary Holiness Church of Mocksville, N.C.
Gloria Davidson Price leaves to cherish the memories of her life 2 sisters, Myrtle D. Dalton, and Joan Morrison; sister-in-law, Leearmy Price; nephews, James R. Davidson, Timothy H. Dalton, Thomas J. Davidson, Carlton W. Rankin, Tracy Davidson, Billy Morrison, Randy Davidson, Matthew Cowan, Demetrius Davidson, Taquan Howell, Shaquille Davidson, Patrick Smith, Thomas Davidson, Triston Scott, Ricky Price, Travis L. Davidson, and Recko Davidson; nieces, Laura Ann Davidson, Pamela Rankin, Lashonda Davidson, Roshanna Gibbs, Peggy Price, Vickie Kelly, and Bickie Neal; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday, January 13, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Bishop Ralph Wood, Jr. officiating.
