She was a native of Canada, born May 13, 19128, and was the daughter of the late Noah and Elizabeth Heggerty Greenough.
She had retired from Pilot Freight Trucking and was a member of Landmark Church of God.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Aaron Greenough.
She is survived by a son, Al Mayers (Paula) of Advance; a daughter, Loraine Mayers of Harmony; a brother, Billy Greenough of Oxford, England; two grandchildren, Brian Mayers of Mocksville and Angela Kreger of Winston-Salem; and three great-grandchildren, Morgan, Blane, and Braydon Kreger, all of Winston-Salem.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
