

She was born December 4, 1939, in Iredell County, and was a daughter of the late Vance Glenn and Mittie Shirley Verty Head Cloer. Margaret was retired from Paola Mills in Statesville and was a member of Yadkin Baptist Church. She enjoyed search-a-word puzzles, working in her many flowers, her church family, family get-togethers and was a huge Elvis fan. She loved her grandkids and great-grandkids more than words can tell.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Franklin Pharr, who died on March 6, 1970, along with her brothers, Jerry, Bobby and Gary Cloer, and her sister, Betty C. Hefner.
She is survived by her daughter, Shelby Pharr Keller (Billy); one sister, Jeraldine C. Keller (Perry) and her twin brother, John Franklin Cloer (Bud & Fran); three grandchildren, Robin K. Mayberry (Brandon), Robert Keller and Rhonda Keller (Kevin Cook); and three great-grandchildren, Kadin Cook, London Cook and Gwendolyn Mayberry.
Services celebrating her life will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Sunday at Yadkin Baptist Church with the Rev. Tony Bunton and Dr. J.B. Parker, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Pisgah United Methodist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandson and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8:30 P.M. Saturday evening at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home, and at other times will assemble at the residence.
