Phillip was a Vietnam Veteran that served in the 981st Military Police as a K-9 Handler. He worked for numerous years and retired from Industrial Piping (IPI) as an industrial painter.
He loved fishing, cooking, gardening and most of all spending time with his family.
Phillip was born June 4, 1947 in Fayetteville, TN to the late JR & Jesse Nevills. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
His surviving family members are his wife Margarete Nevills, 2 children, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
You could not have asked for a better husband, father, grandfather or great grandfather. He will truly be missed by all that knew him.
