Sarah Allison Orren

She was born July 29, 1915, in Iredell County and was a daughter of the late C.J. and Mary Susan Allison Allison. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Statesville where she was a member of the Esther Bible Class. She was married to William L. Orren who preceded her in death in 1984.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Sally Callahan (Michael) of High Point and Mrs. Susan Davis (Ed) of Snellville, GA; four grandchildren, Ms. Erin Callahan and Mrs. Emily Sutherland (Jacob) of Raleigh, Mrs. Leigh Billish (Chris) of Woodstock, GA, and Mr. Bill Davis of Snellville, GA; four great grandsons, and a brother, Mr. C.J. Allison, Jr. of Williamsburg, VA.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 Saturday September 3, 2011 at Iredell Memorial Gardens with Rev. Thomas Southern officiating.
