Born October 25, 1949 in Brooklyn, New York, he was predeceased by his parents, William Alfred Popp, Sr. and Ana Marie Rigney Popp.
Mr. Popp worked in construction and had served in the United States Air Force, as a Para-Rescuer
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Marti Thibault Popp; son, Todd Thibault of Clayton, NC; three grandsons, Todd Thibault, Jr, Jack E. Thibault and Timothy L. Thibault; other family members and friends.
William will be laid to rest on September 29, 2016 at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego, CA.
