Willie "Bill" Harold Warner Jr.

He was born November 11, 1958, in Thomasville and was the son of the late Pensy Stewart Warner and the late Willie Harold Warner, Sr. He was a graduate of Statesville High School and a member of First Baptist Church. He was a mixer driver with Ready Mixed Concrete Company and an avid fisherman.

He is survived by his wife, Carla Sipes Warner, whom he married on May 29, 1999; a sister, Kathy (Lee) Jenkins of Cary; a niece, Mary (Clint) Rouse of Kinston; two nephews, Thom (Margaret) Kincaid of Fuquay Varina and Stewart (Karla) Kincaid of Statesville; two great-nieces, Phoebe James Kincaid and Carter Kincaid; in-laws, Paul “Ronnie” (Terri) Sipes of Statesville and Carolyn (Buddy) Barker of Olin; and extended family in Thomasville.

Funeral service celebrating Bill’s life will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at First Baptist Church with Dr. Jeff Porter officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, November 26, at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home.
