George was born in Philadelphia, PA to Van and Joyce Cronk on December 18, 1951. He graduated from Temple University, where he earned his BA and MBA. He worked as an Executive for many years in healthcare.
George was an avid reader, author, musician and poet. As a lifelong learner, he was pursuing a PHD in religion. Being a kind and patient man, George lived by the motto "It is better to be kind than to be right."
George is preceded in death by his sister and a beloved son.
George is survived by his wife, Pam Sullivan: children, Jason Cronk, Erin Boyle and Krissy Herring: brothers, Van and Stephen: grandchildren, Christian Cronk, Nicholas Cronk, Mason Wyatt, Cameron Boyle, Natalie Boyle, Spencer Boyle.
