Born March 22, 1956, he was a son of the late Floyd Gilbert Price and Margie Ellen Price.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers, Steven Price and
Dale Price.
Survivors include his four children, Brandon Kraus, Virginia Price, Jeremy Price all of Troy and Marvin "Junior" Price of Louisa; brother, Jeffery "Pete" Price of Waynesboro; sister in-law, Linda Price of Waynesboro; grandchildren, Autumn Price, Lee Patrick, Summer Kraus, Becca Price, Justin Kraus, Chloe Morris and Blake Morris; one great-grandson, Brayden Smith.
Private services will be held at a later date.
