Raymond Krejca

Raymond Krejca, a beloved resident of LaGrange Park, Illinois, passed away on December 20, 2025, at the age of 85. Born on October 25, 1940, in Chicago, Illinois to his parents Josephine and Frank Krejca. Raymond was a compassionate and devoted individual, known for his hard-working nature and gentle demeanor. He was a kind-hearted and thoughtful man who touched the lives of many.

Loving brother of the late Robert (Joann). Beloved uncle of Kathleen (Ron) Basenberg, Robert Jr. (Rosa) Krejca, Karen (Bill) Cartwright. Cherished great-uncle of Megan, Stephanie, Michelle, Destiny, Shilo and great-great uncle of Emma, Abby, Mack and Quinn.

Raymond earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education, which laid the foundation for a fulfilling career. He was also an Army Veteran, serving his country with distinction and honor.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Mount Auburn Funeral Home & Cemetery, located at 4101 South Oak Park Ave, Stickney, Illinois.

Funeral service Thursday, January 8, 2026. Family and friends can gather at Mount Auburn Funeral Home at 8:30 a.m. to follow in procession to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 124 N. Spring Avenue, LaGrange, IL, for the Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m.

The burial and Army Military Honors will take place at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, 1400 S. Wolf Road, Hillside, IL, on Thursday, January 8, 2026.

Raymond's legacy of kindness and dedication will be cherished by all who knew him.
