Betty Mathis Sullins of Clarkesville, GA went to be with her Lord on June 10, 2013. She was born on September 28, 1929 In Decatur, GA to Mr. and Mrs. R.L. Mathis. She was a member of Chapel Wood Presbyterian Church in Decatur, Georgia
She was preceded in death by her son, Paul Mathis Sullins, her brother, Robert “Bob” Mathis and her parents.
She is survived by her husband Donald M. Sullins; her children Donald “Smokey” Sullins, Jr., Robyn and Hal Bish, Laura and Kevin Fosgate, Rebecca Koenig, Havalyn and Mike Massey; her grandchildren Matthew Sullins, Shelby and Johnny Puckett, Christopher Bish, Caitlin and Joseph Hatcher, Amelia Koenig, Claire Koenig and Sarah Katherine Massey; her great-grandchildren , Chatham Puckett and Savannah Puckett.
Services will be held at Horis A Ward, Fairview Chapel on Thursday, June 13. Visitation will be at Fairview Chapel from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m with the service beginning at 11:00. A graveside service following at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge, GA .
