Roxanne was born February 22, 1962 in Atlanta, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Helen Earnest McGee. She enjoyed social media (facebook), games, and children. Roxanne was a very special person who was loved and appreciated by everyone who knew her.
Roxanne is survived by children, William and Sonia Tumlin; grandchildren, Onnalis, Braylin, and Kinley; sisters, Pat Ball, Wanda Long, and Robbie Eaton; and numerous other relatives whom she loved and adored.
