On January 27, 2022, Bobby Colley, age 77, of Cabbagetown in Atlanta, Georgia passed peacefully in his home with his only child and daughter, Brandy Colley, and his wife of 39 years, Peggy Colley. Bobby Colley is also survived by his step-son, Sean White of Florida and two grandchildren, Amberley and Sean.
Bobby was not a man of many words, however, he worked hard and provided for his family despite his inability to really read or write. Bobby was not one to let anything stop him from life. He was an avid lover of classic cars, especially a 55 hot-rod. He loved all things that roared and had muscle. He was a strong, courageous, and loving man. An excellent father and a dedicated husband and will be missed beyond measure.
Bobby loved telling stories of his childhood, growing up and working in Cabbagetown. He loved talking about the good ole days and now he is with Jesus, all of his friends and family that passed away and his beloved fur baby "Hopper." He is happy. Although he will always be missed, Bobby is now free and driving in Heaven.
His message to us all is "Don't Let The Sun Fall Down" and "DON'T GIVE UP!"
