Cathy was a graduate of Walker High School in 1974. She was a homemaker and fostered numerous children in her home. She never met a stranger and welcomed everyone in her home with open arms. She was loved by many and her door was always open. Cathy was a beautiful, kind and selfless person.
Nana, as she was known by her grandchildren, was an amazing mom and caregiver. She had the prettiest smile anyone could imagine. There will be no one like her. She will forever be in our hearts.
Cathy was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Ben O. Williams. She is survived by her three children, Matthew Cochran, Kenneth Cochran and Brandy Cox; along with 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A visitation of family and friends will be held for Cathy on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel | 376 Fairview Road Stockbridge, Georgia 30281, followed by a celebration of life memorial service at 3:00 PM in Ward's Chapel.
