Dorothy Hammond, age 94, of Ellenwood, passed away Monday, September 28, 2015. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2015, at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel at 2 pm, with Rev. Candy Thacker officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge.
Dorothy was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Stockbridge. She is survived by: brothers, Jack S. Hollingsworth and Ed Hollingsworth and several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon H. Hammond.
