James is survived by his beloved best friend Ann Fulbright (married for twenty-six years and together for forty-two) and older brother, Jeffrey Dwight Fulbright (Teresa) of Lilburn. He was preceded in death by his mother Betty Jean Fulbright, his father, Dwight William Fulbright, and his brother, Jonathan Dayle Fulbright (Connie).
To honor James’s memory, a graveside celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 21st at 11:00 AM at Horis A. Ward Fairview Chapel in Stockbridge, Georgia.
