James W. Parkinson, 95, formerly of Victoria Texas died August 13, 2013, at the Benton Village in Stockbridge, Ga. Where he lived at since October 2011. He was born in Midway, Pa. He was the son of James Calvin and Florence (Purdy) Parkinson. He was a foreman with Trinity Industries, Irving, Texas at the time of his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Annie L. Parkinson; three sons Kenneth, and Darrel both of Stockbridge, Ga. And Robin of Dallas, Texas; six grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren of whom one is deceased, and one step-great grandchild. Funeral services will be held on Friday August 16, 2013 at 3 p.m. in the Fairview Chapel of Horis A. Ward, 376 Fairview Rd Stockbridge Ga. 30281 770-4741231. Pastor Kevin Hornsby will officiate. Interment in the Fairview Memorial Gardens. The Family will receive friends at the funeral home two hours prior to the service
