Mrs Parr and family, this is truly a sad day for human life and I pray that God will keep you and yours in his loving arms for today and forever.  I had the privilege of knowing James as he was a long-time friend, co-worker and brother-in-Christ to my dad Frank Fulghum.  They both logged many, many miles as truck-drivers crossing our beautiful country while enjoying the blessings that can only come from above.  James wit and humor delighted my mom Barbara.  I feel your loss for such a humble and kind gentleman.  Keeping you close in prayer as God has a plan.  Vickie Moody

Bro. Parr was a great man.  He always had a smile and hug for me.  Glad He is with the Lord.  I will see him again one day.  Love and prayers to the entire family.

I thank God that He led my girls and myself to the house next door to Mr. James and Ms. Winita.  Mr. James as well as Ms. Winita have been a true blessing to my family.  Our love and our prayers are with Ms. Winita and family.  It is a comfort to know that we will see Mr. James in our Heavenly Home with our Lord and Savior one day.  Thank you Mr. James for the testimony you showed us.  We will miss you.

Praise God for the testimony of Bro Parr.  He loved talking about the Lord.  He was such a good friend to us and to  my mother and dad.  He loved my daddy and loved talking to me about him.  Now, they're probably together talking about me or Mike...He was a good godly man and such a joy to know.  Winita, Tammy and family, we're praying that God will draw you close and give you peace and comfort in the days ahead.  We love you, sending you hugs and lifting you all in prayer.  God bless.

This is a "Great Day" for James but a very sad one for me!! I thank my and his Heavenly Father that I will see him again. "But until then my heart will go on singing until then with Joy I'll carry on", I know that's what he would want me to do! He was a very good brother with many wondeful traits but the one that I'm most proud of is that we shared a love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Your sister Shirley
